Thank you for shopping with Ditzy Puff Shop. All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 days, excluding Sundays. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on US Federal Holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control once the package is handed to the carrier.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery. Failed delivery attempts may result in the order being rerouted to a local pick-up facility.

*If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to sender, and the order will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost.

 

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Ditzy Puff Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
