  • All products are intended for legal use only. We do not condone or promote the use of our products for any illegal substances.
  • Misuse of products is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal consequences.

Liability Limitation

  • Ditzy Puff Shop is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • By purchasing from us, you assume all risks associated with product use.

By entering this website you agree to have your age verified post order confirmation by a 3rd party verification service to confirm that you are 21 years or older.

Age verification is preformed by bluecheck.net using public records and payment information. Further action may be required to complete age verification.

*Billing and shipping address MUST be the same. If the billing address linked to the payment card is separate from the shipping address, you will be unable to complete the order. 

If you receive a confirmation email for an order you placed and your age could not be verified via bluecheck.net, said order will be cancelled.
